Important Dates

Hello families,

The end of the year is approaching VERY fast! Please make sure to mark your calendars for these important dates:

Friday, May 8th at 2:00pm - First Grade Musical in the MP room
We will be performing our Musical titled "Leave the World a Little Better." Please plan on attending. Your child has been working hard to sing and learn dances for the musical and we will have simple costumes and decorations as well. Come out to watch!

Friday, May 22nd and Monday, May 25th: NO SCHOOL
Friday will be a staff learning day for the teachers. We will be finishing up writing assessments. On Monday, it is Memorial Day, so enjoy your long weekend!

Thursday, May 28th - Open House Time: TBD
In the evening, we will have open house in Room 8. This will be a time for you to see all the wonderful work your child has completed this year in first grade. They will take you around the classroom and show you all of their accomplishments! Please plan on attending!

Friday, June 12th at 12:20PM - Last Day of School!
Remember that we only have a half day on the last day of school! Please make sure your child is picked up on time. Report cards will also go home on this day.
